Supporting someone living with dementia takes patience, warmth and real understanding — and that's exactly what we bring. Our small, local team provides specialised in-home dementia care built around familiar faces and gentle, consistent routines that keep your loved one safe and settled in the home they know best.

We take the time to learn each person's story, preferences and the little things that bring them comfort. As needs change, our care changes too. We also understand that the nights are often the hardest, which is why we offer overnight and 24/7 support to help with sundowning, disrupted sleep and night-time wandering — giving the whole family genuine peace of mind.

Includes: personal care and daily routines, medication reminders, companionship and engagement, household help, respite for family carers, and overnight or 24/7 care.

Some needs don't stop when the sun goes down. We offer overnight and around-the-clock care for people with higher support needs, so you or your loved one is never alone when it matters most. From active overnight support to simply having a reassuring presence in the house, we're there through the night, seven days a week.

We proudly support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across our service area. We'll help you understand your plan, make the most of your funded supports and match you with carers you can rely on — taking the stress out of the process so you can focus on living well.
